心肺复苏情景教学法在实习护生中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察心肺复苏情景教学法在实习护生中的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月—2015年7月本院实习护生104例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例,对观察组护生进行心肺复苏情景教学,对照组护生进行常规心肺复苏教学,对2组护生进行理论和技能考核,评价2组护生的教学效果。结果观察组护生的理论考核和技能考核得分均显著高于对照组护生(87±3.2vs83±2.1,85±4.3vs81±3.6,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组护生对教学满意程度显著高于对照组护生,差异具有统计学意义(91±2.9vs86±3.6,P<0.05)。结论心肺复苏情景教学法可提高教学水平,应当进行推广。 Objective To observe the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) situational teaching approach in the teaching of nursing interns. Methods 104 nursing interns received clinical practice in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and each group consisted of 52 stu-dents. For the observation group, CPR situational approach was adopted. For the control group, the conventional approach was adopt-ed. The two groups were tested in theory and skills, and an assessment was made of each of the students. Results The interns in the observation had a better performance than those in the control group( 87 ±3.2vs83 ±2.1, 85 ±4.3vs81±3.6, P 〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The interns in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching than those in the control group( 91 ±2.9vs86 ±3.6, P〈 0.05). Conclusion CPR situational approach can conspicuously improve teaching results, and it is worthy of wide application.
