从针灸医案讲解胆经经穴临证应用课堂教学心得

Classroom Teaching Experience on Explaining the Clinical Application of Gallbladder Meridian from Medical Records of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

足少阳胆经经穴较多、分布较广、定位及功效较难记忆,采用传统的课堂教学学生较难掌握该经经穴的临床应用。根据胆腑生理功能及胆经经脉系统循行与神志病发病的关系,通过3则典型医案的课堂讨论式讲解,引导学生从胆论治神志病,在针灸治疗方面取胆经经穴为主,使学生深刻领会为什么要取胆经经穴治疗神志病,掌握胆经经穴的定位与应用,更为学生今后在临床中对该类病证的治疗开阔了新思路,相比传统的课堂授课,教学效果更佳显著。

Acupoints of foot shao-yang gallbladder meridian are more widely distributed positioning and difficult to memory. It is dif-ficult to master the clinical application of these acupoints by the traditional classroom teaching. According to the gallbladder physio-logical function and gallbladder meridian system consciousness courses and the relationship between the disease, through discussion on three typical medical records, college students were guided to take the gallbladder meridian in treating mental diseases, and en-abled to deeply understand why gallbladder meridian in treating mental diseases. It is beneficial for students to grasp the application for acupoint in gallbladder meridian and syndrome, and open newideas in the future in the clinical treatment of the disease. Compar-ing to the traditional classroom teaching, the effect of discussion teaching combined with medical records was better.
