浅析李东垣《脾胃论》学术思想

李东垣,名杲,脾胃论的创始人,他深入研习《内经》理论提出"脾胃内伤,百病由生"的理论,并提出"甘温除热"这一治疗大法。其脾胃论学术思想主要由脾胃乃元气之本,脾胃是气机升降枢纽及阴火理论组成。当今社会,随着生活方式等改变,人们越来越多的受到脾胃病的困扰,因而李东垣的学术思想具有很强的学术价值,文章试就此作一浅析,以期造福广大患者。

Li Dongyuan, the founder of the Treatise on Spleen and Stomach, he deeply studied the theory, and put forward the theory ＂ diseases from spleen injuries＂ and the method of sweet and warm tastes removing fever. The academic thought of the spleen and stomach is the primordial qi, the spleen and stomach is the ascending and descending of qi movement and the yin Fire theory. In to-day＇s society, with the change of life style, people are more and more troubled by the disease of the spleen and stomach, so Li Dongyuan＇s academic thought has a strong academic value. This paper tried to make a brief analysis, in order to benefit the majority of patients.
