健脾化痰通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病80例

Jianpi Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy for 80 Cases

目的观察健脾化痰通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效。方法选取早期DN 80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加健脾化痰通络汤(党参、茯苓、白术、陈皮、半夏、川芎、甘草、水蛭粉冲服、桃仁、红花)治疗。结果观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为88.57%,对照组有效率为67.65%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后24h UAE、FPG、2h PG、Ccr优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods 80 cases of early DN patients were randomly divided into observation group（ n =40） and control group（ n =40）. Under the standardized treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group was additionally treated with Jianpi Huatan Tongluo decoction（ including Condonopsis pilosula, Tuckahoe, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Dried tangerine peel,Pinellia ternate, Rhizoma chuanxiong, Licorice root, Leech powder, Peach kernel, Flos carthami）. Results The symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lowthan those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group was88.57% which was higher than 67.65% of the of control group. Conclusion Jianpi Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of early DN has significantly clinical effect.
