基于UptoDate循证医学的儿童肾病综合征合并阴囊水肿的护理

Nursing of Nephrotic Syndrome in Children combined with Scrotal Edema based on Upto Date Evidence-based Medicine

目的基于循证医学探讨肾病综合征并发阴囊水肿的护理效果。方法 2014年3月—2015年12月,选取激素敏感型肾病综合征合并阴囊水肿患儿30例,对其治疗后阴囊肿胀程度VAS评分进行研究,根据Upto Date循证医学推荐意见进行护理。结果治疗后,患者阴囊肿胀程度自评VAS评分明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),基于循证医学护理方式涵盖医护配合、心理护理、饮食护理、局部护理四方面。结论基于Uptodate医学推荐意见对指导儿童肾病综合征合并阴囊水肿护理方面具有一定指导意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of nephrotic syndrome combined with scrotal edema based on the evidence-based medicine. Methods We selected steroid-sensitive 30 cases of nephrotic syndrome combined with scrotal edema in children from March 2014 to March 2015. The VAS score of scrotal swelling after treatment was evaluated, and we nursed the patients according to the recommendations based on the Upto Date evidence-based medicine. Results After treatment, the self-assessment VAS score with scrotal swelling was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing pattern based on the evidencebased medicine included cooperation of doctors and nurse, psychological care, diet care and local lesions care. Conclusion The nursing of nephrotic syndrome combined with scrotal edema base on the recommendations from Uptodate database demonstrated it had the excellent clinical effect for the disease. The pattern is worth to be promoted to use in clinical work.
