临床护理路径对老年精神分裂症患者健康教育及护理服务满意度的应用效果

The Application Effect of Health Education and Nursing Service Satisfaction on Clinical Nursing Pathway for Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨临床护理路径对老年精神分裂症患者的护理效果的影响。方法将60例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,2组均采用抗精神分裂症药物治疗,观察组按照精神分裂症临床护理路径进行整体护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察两组患者的住院全过程。对两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度和护理服务满意度进行调查对比分析。结果观察组患者对健康教育内容的知晓程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),对护理工作的满意度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05),改善了护患关系。结论在老年精神分裂症患者中实施临床护理路径,可以提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度和护理服务满意度。

Objective to study the nursing effect of clinical nursing path in elderly patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Two groups all used conventional schizophrenia drug therapy. The observation group used holistic nursing in accordance with schizophrenia clinical nursing path. The control group used conventional nursing intervention. The whole process of hospital of the two groups was observed. The health education knowledge level and nursing service satisfaction survey of the two groups were analyzed. Results Patients in the observation group on health education content was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）, which improved the relationship between nurses and patients. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path in elderly patients with schizophrenia can improve the patients on the degree of mastering health education knowledge and nursing service satisfaction
