中医护理对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Treatment Compliance and Glycemic Control for the Elderly Diabetes Patients

目的探讨中医护理对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响。方法将2014年1月—2016年1月接受治疗的64例糖尿病患者纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规护理干预,对患者进行健康宣教、运动锻炼等指导。在此基础上,对实验组患者进行辨证中医护理。观察患者血糖控制情况和遵医行为评分情况。结果实验组护理干预后FPG、2h PG、Hb Alc水平低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组护理干预后FPG、2h PG、Hb Alc水平低于干预前。实验组护理干预后遵医行为评分高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组护理干预后遵医行为评分高于干预前。结论中医护理对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制有积极的影响,可改善患者血糖情况,提高遵医行为评分。

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the treatment compliance and glycemic con-trol for the elderly diabetes patients. Methods 64 cases of patients with elderly diabetes were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was cared by routine nursing and health education, such as exercise guidance. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group was cared by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The treatment compliance and glycemic control were observed. Results The levels of FPG, 2h PG and Hb Alc of the experiment group were lower than those before intervention and of the control group（ P〈 0.05）. The levels of FPG, 2h PG and Hb Alc of the control group were lower than those before intervention（ P〈0.05）. The scores of treatment compliance of the experiment group were higher than those before intervention and o fthe control group（ P 〈0.05）. The scores of treatment compliance of the control group were higher than those before intervention（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing has positive influence on the treatment compliance and glycemic control for the patients with the elderly diabetes. It can improve the blood sugar, and increase the treatment compliance score.
