中西医结合治疗高血压病的研究进展

The Research Progress of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension

高血压病作为心脑血管疾病中最为常见慢性疾病之一,已经成为当今社会最为普遍的疾病之一。原发性高血压病(primary hypertension)是一种以人体体循环动脉压升高为主要临床表现的心血管综合征,通常被人们简称为高血压。高血压是重要的心脑血管疾病危险因素之一,并经常与其他危险因素共存,长期高血压可导致心、脑、肾等重要脏器损伤,从而最终致使这些器官的功能衰竭。由此可见,高血压病这种疾病本身并无太大的危害,但可导致心、脑、肾等重要靶器官的进一步功能障碍,进一步引发诸如脑卒中、冠心病甚至心肾衰竭等较高致残率和致死率的疾病,严重威胁着人类的生活质量、生命健康。本文通过论述高血压的研究进展,结合中医对高血压病的认识,指导通过中西结合方法治疗高血压患者,阐述中西医结合治疗高血压病的临床优势。

Hypertension as one of the most common chronic diseases in the disease of heart head blood-vessel, and has become one of the most common diseases in today＇s society. Essential hypertension disease（primary hypertension） is a kind of human systemic arterial pressure increases as the main clinical manifestation of cardiovascular syndrome, is usually referred to as high blood pressure.Hypertension is one of the important risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and often coexists with other risk factors, and long-term high blood pressure can lead to important organs such as heart, brain, kidney damage, thus leading to these organs function failure.Therefore, the harm of the disease itself is not too big, but can lead to important target organs such as heart, brain, kidney dysfunc-tion, further cause such as stroke, coronary heart disease, and even higher morbidity and mortality of diseases such as heart failure,seriously threat to the quality of life and health of human beings. The research progress of high blood pressure was discussed in this paper, combined with traditional Chinese medicine understanding for high blood pressure, through guiding by the therapy of integrat-ed medicine in the treatment of hypertension, clinical advantages of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension was described.
