摘要 教师自我效能感是指教师对完成某一特定教学任务时所具有的信心。教师对所担任课程的态度和观念对教学效果发挥着重要的作用;同时教师自我效能感对教学效果也有明显的预测作用,教师自我效能感的高低还影响教师对教学任务的选择。专门用途外语对于没有受过专业训练的外语教师来说是一个挑战。为适应现代外语教育的发展趋势,处于转型期的外语教师应根据自己的实际情况,通过多种途径提高自己的执教能力。 Teacher's self-efficacy refers to the confidence that the teacher has after finishing a specific teaching tasks. The attitude and view for the course he is in charge is play an important role in teaching effect. At the same time teacher's self- efficacy also has an apparent prediction function to the teaching effect. High or low self-efficacy also affects teacher's choice of teaching tasks. Foreign language for specific purposes is a challenge for those foreign language teachers without any professional training. In order to adapt to the development trend of modem foreign language education, foreign language teachers in transition period should, based on their own actual situation, improve their teaching ability through various ways.
