摘要 由于燃料能源的不断减少及其对环境危害的日益严重,人们把眼光投向了太阳能、风能等清洁且储量巨大的可再生能源的开发,而逆变就是将这些可再生能源得以利用的关键技术。本文采用Microchip公司的30F3011单片机,设计了一款结构简单,性价比较高的逆变系统,详细阐述了SPWM控制器、功率管驱动电路、低通滤波器、采样电路的设计,由Matlab仿真证实其性能完全可满足普通民用供电的要求。 Due to the continuous decrease of fuel energy and its increasingly serious damage to the environment, people look to the development of clean and renewable energy of huge reserves such as solar energy, wind energy and etc. And the inverting technology is the key to the use of the renewable energy. Based on single chip microcomputer 30F3011 of Microchip Company, a simply-structured inverting system, has been designed, which can provide high performance for low cost. In addition, the design of the SPWM controller, power tube driving circuit, low-pass filter, and sampling circuit has also been presented in this essay.Moreover, Matlab simulation has verified that its performance can fully meet the requirements of civil power.
