司法鉴定中颅脑外伤所致人格改变症状分析

Analysis of personality changes caused by brain injury in forensic identification

目的探讨颅脑外伤人员在司法精神病学鉴定中诊断人格改变的症状特点。方法依据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(CCMD-3)》和《国际精神与行为障碍分类(ICD-10)》诊断标准,通过精神检查和被鉴定人员家属介绍病情等确定相关症状,进行统计学分析。结果颅脑外伤所致人格改变的症状分布,情绪不稳最多109例,占60.6%;人格改变的其他症状分布,神经症症状79例,占67.5%。结论司法精神病鉴定诊断颅脑外伤所致人格改变症状中,出现率最高的是情绪不稳,其它比较难把握,出现最少。虽然诊断人格改变,但也存在一些非人格改变的症状,并且不能忽视。

Objective To explore the characteristics of personality change caused by brain injury and diagnosed by forensic psyehiatrics. Methods On the basis of ＂the mental disorders of Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of （CCMD-3）＂and ＂the international spirit and behavior disorder classitlcation （ICD-10）＂ diagnostic criteria, symptoms were identified through psychiatric examination and statement of family members about diseases. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The symptom distribution of personality changes caused by traumatic brain injury was 109 cases, which accounted for 60.6%. In other symptoms of personality changes, symptoms of neurosis were 79 cases, accounting for 67.5%. Conclusion In all symptoms caused by brain injury and identified by forensic psychiatric diagnosis, the most common symptoms was emotional instability, other symptoms is more difficult to be identified, and appear less. Although personality change was diagnosed, but there are some symptoms of non personality changes, and it cannot be ignored.
