Characteristic and prevention research progress of epidemiology of skin tears

皮肤撕裂伤是老年人和婴幼儿常见的急性创伤性伤口，不同国家、不同医院和不同人群的皮肤撕裂伤现患率3.9％-22％。皮肤撕裂伤大都在医院内获得，延长住院时间和增加治疗费用，成为住院患者又一大安全问题。本文就全球皮肤撕裂伤的流行病学特征和预防进展进行分析归纳，期望对我国的皮肤撕裂伤研究和临床护理有所借鉴和指导。

Skin tears are a type of acute traumatic wounds which often occurs in elderly and pediatric people. The prevalence of skin tears is from 3.9%-22% in different countries, hospitals and people. Most of skin tears acquire in hospital and increase time and cost in hospital, and become another safety trouble in hospitalized patients. This article will review the advancement of skin tears about epidemiology, prediction and prevention around the world. The author hopes it can benefit to skin tears study and clinical nursing in our country.
