摘要
目的:探讨在医院孝文化引导下实施护士职业情感教育的效果,探究塑造医院孝文化的可行性,为护士培养探索一种新的路径。方法2013年8月起对武汉市同济医科大学附属普爱医院414名护士进行在医院孝文化引导下的职业情感教育。实施2年后采用自制的护士职业情感状况量表进行调查,分析实施效果。结果实行医院孝文化教育后,护士职业情感状况量表中职业认同感、兴趣度、荣誉感和敬业感4个维度均分分别为(3.00±0.719),(2.91±0.809),(3.12±0.749),(3.59±0.760)分,分别高于教育前(2.53±0.834),(2.56±0.913),(2.81±0.887),(3.30±0.923)分,教育前后比较差异有统计学意义( t值分别为-8.563,-5.903,-5.398,-4.870;P〈0.01)。结论通过医院孝文化的引导可以潜移默化地培养护士积极的职业情感,让护士从内心产生一种对护理事业的需求意识和深刻理解,使之热爱护理这个岗位,从而自发地使护理个体化,关怀细致化。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of the hospital piety culture guidance on the practice of nurses′occupational emotional education, in order to find a new way of nurse training.Methods The occupational emotional education was conducted under the guidance of hospital piety culture among 414 nurses of Puai hospital affiliated to Tongji medical university from August 2013. The effects were investigated after two years of education using an autonomous nurses′ occupational emotion scale. Results After the education, the scores of professional self-identity, interesting degree, sense of honor, and sense of dedication were ( 3. 00 ± 0.719), (2.91±0.809), (3.12±0.749), and (3.59±0.760), which were significantly higher than the scores before the education (2.53±0.834),(2.56±0.913),(2.81±0.887),(3.30±0.923),(t=-8.563,-5.903,-5.398,-4.870;P〈0.01).Conclusions The hospital piety culture guidance can improve the practice of nurses′occupational emotional education. It can also significantly enhance their professional self-identity and sense of honor and dedication, in order to promote the quality of nursing.
