摘要
通过广东(潭洲)国际会展中心大型展览馆钢柱与管桁架两类构件的检测实例,对超声波法检测钢结构焊缝常见缺陷反射波和易误断反射波的特性、产生原因进行分析,并与返修后复探波形进行对比验证,总结了超声波法无损检测前期准备、探头选用、波形分析、缺陷成因分析等全过程应注意的要点,并对珠三角地区气候下钢结构生产加工提出了几点建议。
Through detection example of Guangdong (Tanzhou) International Convention and Exhibition Center exhibition hall large st.eel column with two types of pipe truss member, this paper analyzed the characteristics and causes of ultrasonic welding steel common defects detected by the reflected wave and ease of misjudgment reflected wave, then made comparison validation after the repair and re--explore waveform, summarized the key points that should be paid attention to in the overall process of ultrasonic NDT preparation, probe selection, waveform analysis, defect cause analysis, and proposed some suggestions on steel structure production and processing under the climate of the pearl river delta region.
