基于高应变检测法解决静压桩终压值不足的工程案例

摘要 在饱和软黏土地基静压沉桩时,常有沉桩终压力小于设计终压值的情况出现。通过对静压桩法原理、静压桩在软土地基沉桩特点和压桩终压值与承载力极限值之间关系的分析,在有工程经验的条件下,终压值可取小于1.3倍单桩承载力特征值,且可以采用高应变法验证当终压力小于设计终压值时,桩基承载力是否满足设计要求。 When the static pressure pile in saturated soft clay foundation, the ultimate pressure often less than the design ultimate pressure value. According to the analysis of the principle of jacked pile method, characteristics of jacked pile in soft soil foundation, relationship between terminal pressure of jacked pile and ultimate bearing capacity, it was presented that the ultimate pressure value could be equal to 1.3 times the ultimate carrying capacity of single pile under the condition of engineering experience. And the high strain dynamic testing method could be used to verify whether the bearing capacity of pile satisfies the design requirements as the terminal pressure was less than the design pressure, which will save the cost of construction and reduce the construction period.
