无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,一些特定族群,特别是少数族裔,在教育、就业、经济和社会生活等各方面仍面临诸多歧视。本文旨在以罗姆人为例,通过案例研究的方式探讨少数族裔面临的歧视和歧视产生的原因,并提出解决改善他们处境的方案。

Some certain groups,especially ethnic minority,are faced with a wide range of discrimination in education,employment,economic and social life whether they are in developed countries or developing countries. The article will take Roma as example and explore the reasons of discrimination as well as the solutions.
