不同研磨介质对搪瓷耐磨性能测定的影响

摘要 当前国内搪瓷行业对各种搪瓷制品的耐磨性检测主要采用定性的方法来判定,存在一定不足。研究新的耐磨性能检测方法比较正确地评价搪瓷产品表面耐磨性能的优劣,对搪瓷行业有着积极的意义。借鉴GB/T 3810.7-2006陶瓷砖试验方法第7部分:有釉砖表面耐磨性的测定中的原理,利用陶瓷砖釉面耐磨性能实验仪,采用不同磨料、不同时间对搪瓷产品分别进行定量测试,从而衡量搪瓷产品的耐磨性能,以寻求制定新的搪瓷耐磨测量方法的标准。 ; In the enamel industry, up to now the traditional qualitative testing methods are still used for evaluation of abrasive resistance of enamel products. It is sure that a new quantitative test method for more accurate evaluation of abrasive resistance will be of active significance in the enamel industry. In accordance with the principle described in the national standard GB/T 3810.7-2006, Test methods of ceramic tiles Part 7 Determination of resistance to surface abrasion for glazed tiles, by using an abrasive resistance tester for ceramic glazed tiles and using different grinding media and grinding time the abrasive resistance of enamel products were quantitatively determined so as to try to establish a new standard of determination of resistance to surface abrasion for enamel products.
