运营环境如何影响传统企业创新效率——对江苏省445份问卷的实证研究

How Can Environmental Factors Influence Innovation Efficiency of Traditional Enterprises?An Empirical Study Based on Survey data of Traditional Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

传统产业可持续发展有利于中国产业结构转型升级。为了探究江苏省传统企业创新效率的影响因素,并得出剔除环境因素后的创新效率,采用改进的三阶段组合效率模型(RAM-SFA-RAM),对江苏省445家传统企业创新数据进行了实证分析。结果表明,地域、企业性质、企业规模和出口比重均对传统企业创新效率值产生影响,剔除运营环境因素后,企业创新效率明显提高,研究结果打破了"传统即低效"的固有观念,能够为企业发展及政策制订提供参考。

The sustainable development of traditional industr ies is conduci￥e to industrial trans format ion and upgrading, in order to explore the factors which influence the innovation efficiency of traditional enterprises in Jiangsu province and adjust the different effects of environmental factors and statistic noise based on both inputs and outputs, the flexible hybrid three-stage model （RAM-SFA-RAMI is applied to measure the innovation efficiency by using the one-hand data from 445 enterprises of traditional industrial in Jiangsu province. Results show that regional, enterprise nature, enterprise scale and proportion of exports have influences on the innovation efficiency, and the innovation efficiency increases significantly after adjusting the effects of environmental factors and statistic noise, which breaking the traditional thinking that ＂traditional means inefficient＂. Conclusions can provide suggestions for the national development.
