型煤吸附解吸二氧化碳与甲烷的性能对比试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于型煤吸附解吸二氧化碳、甲烷的对比试验,进行了型煤吸附二氧化碳、甲烷的吸附常数(a、b值)、放散初速度(ΔP)及工业分析等参数测定,研究了型煤吸附解吸二氧化碳与甲烷的规律。研究结果表明:型煤对二氧化碳的极限吸附量大于对甲烷的极限吸附量,二者近似存在2倍关系;型煤对二氧化碳的吸附量大于对甲烷的吸附量,在气体压力5 MPa时,二者比值为1.77;型煤吸附二氧化碳气体放散初速度大于吸附甲烷气体放散初速度,二者比值为1.6-1.7;采用吸附性能较强的二氧化碳作为试验气体,可解决由非吸附性能原材料导致型煤吸附解吸性能降低的问题,确保型煤与原煤吸附、解吸性能的相似性。 Based on the comparative tests of the briquette coal adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide and methane, theadsorption constant ( a, b value) of carbon dioxide and methane, the initial velocity(ΔP)of their diffusion and their industrialanalysis parameters were all measured, and the laws of the briquette coal adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide and methanewere studied. The study results showed that the ultimate absorption quantity of the briquette coal to the carbon dioxide was largerthan that to the methane, larger by near two times; the absorption quantity of the briquette coal to the carbon dioxide was largerthan that to the methane, and under the 5 MPa gas pressure, their ratio was 1. 77; the initial velocity of the carbon dioxidediffusion absorbed by the briquette coal was larger than that of the methane, their ratio was 1.6 to 1.7; using carbon dioxide astest gas could solve the problem of the reduction of the adsorption-desorption performance of the briquette coal caused by the non-absorption materials, and ensure the similarity of the adsorption-desorption performance of the briquette coal and raw coal.
