摘要
文章从医院工程项目管理的角度出发,分别就建设项目投资决策、设计及施工招标三个阶段的工程造价控制与管理的要点进行简述,为业主方有效控制工程项目造价提供了思路及方法。
From the hospital project management point of view, the article introduces the construction cost control and management points in three stages in terms of investment decision-making stage, design stage and construction tender stage; provides a guideline method for the owner to control the construction cost effectively.
