CBCT在下牙槽神经管与下颌阻生第三磨牙解剖关系研究中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨利用CBCT检查分析下颌第三磨牙与下牙槽神经管的解剖关系及对临床的意义。方法选取126例需拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者,将全景片提示下颌第三磨牙影像与下牙槽神经管相互重叠的152颗第三磨牙作为研究对象,再行CBCT扫描后进一步分析下颌第三磨牙与下牙槽神经管的解剖关系。结果全景片显示两者相互重叠的152颗牙中,CBCT影像显示69颗牙根与下牙槽神经管无接触,另83颗存在接触。结论 CBCT能准确显示下颌第三磨牙与下牙槽神经管的解剖关系,为临床医生能更准确术前评估风险提供理论依据。 Objective To analyze the anatomical relationship between mandibular third molar and mandibular canal using the CBCT,and to discuss its significance in clinical application.Methods Totally 126 patients who required to extract the impacted mandibular third molars were selected,and the 152 third molars displayed to overlap with mandibular canals on panoramic radiographs were studied.The CBCT was used to further analyze the anatomical relationship between mandibular third molar and mandibular canal.Results Among the 152 teeth,CBCT showed that83 were contacted with mandibular canals and 69 were not.Conclusion CBCT can accurately display the anatomical relationship between mandibular third molar and mandibular canal.Therefore,CBCT provides a theoretical basis for accurately evaluating the risks before surgery.
