The purpose of this paper is for obtaining the conclusions of group p-nilpotency and supersolvability by maximal subgroups of Sylow subgroups and subnormality and using minimal order counterexample method.The innovation and improvement of this paper is that it researches the related conclusions of group p-nilpotency and supersolvability combining maximal subgroups of Sylow subgroups and subnormality.
