摘要
某600 MW发电机组升级改造为630 MW后,原循泵出力无法满足机组改造后的循环冷却水量要求,故采用变极调速方式对循泵进行双速改造,利用绕组接线方式的切换完成高速量形和低速三角形接线的转换,并提出了一种可实现高低速运行时保护电流回路自动适应的方法,只需切换保护定值区即可满足循泵高低速时均投入差动保护的要求,计算得出循泵改造后节能效果明显。
With the upgrade of a generating unit from 600 MW to 630 MW,the output of the former circulating water pump can no longer meet the requirement of circulating cooling water after the unit transforma-tion. Therefore,two-speed retrofit of circulating water pump is conducted through pole conversion and speed adjustment. Via switching of winding connection modes,high-speed shape measurement and low-speed triangle connection can be exchanged; besides,a self-adaption method of protection current circuit in low-speed operation is presented,through which differential protection can be switched to simultaneously in low-speed operation of circulating pump just by protection settings switching. It is concluded by calculation that the retrofitted circulating water pump can be significantly energy-saving.
