“旅游资源诅咒”论的若干问题

近年来,"资源诅咒"论的流行推理到"旅游资源诅咒论",但在实证检验、传导机制说明和政策建议上都存在重大缺陷。旅游资源诅咒的前提条件是以资源为基础的旅游产业存在挤出效应,导致旅游资源丰富地区经济增长速度反而低于那些旅游资源贫乏地区的增长率。但由于旅游资源丰度评价不合理,或者从旅游资源"错位现象"推理到旅游资源诅咒,忽视旅游业的综合带动功能和融合发展功能,"旅游资源诅咒"论不能得到真正验证,旅游资源诅咒传导机制的解释值得商榷。

In recent years, viewpoint of tourism resource curse is from the viewpoint of resource curse. But there are major defects of proof in demonstration test, conduction mechanism and policy suggestion. Because of making evaluation of tousism resource mistake, or taking misplacement phenomenon as the tourism resources curse, the viewpoint of tourism resource curse can＇t be really verified by the inference. Tourism resources＇ dislocation can provide references for adjustment of regional tourism development, which can＇ t be confused with d/slocation development and tourism resource curse. The interpretation of the transmission mechanism of the tourism resources curse is questionable.
