结合实地考察和文献查阅,对德国历史建筑保护的发展历程进行了概述,从保护技术、法律条例和管理措施等方面分析了德国历史建筑保护的制度安排,归纳了德国历史建筑保护制度安排的特点及保护模式,以此为中国的历史建筑保护提供三点思路,分别是:一、政府方面能够更加关注保护问题,并在相关制度上做出调整,社会和团体更多地投入到文化遗产保护工作。二、根据具体的情况判断建筑保护的模式。三、提高公众的保护意识和参与程度。

Based on the investigation and literature review, this article tried to summarize the development of historical building protection of Germany.And find the system arrangement of German histotical building protection,by analyzing its protection technology, laws and regulations and management measures and so on. The summafizes of the characteristics of German historical building protection system arrangement may help the China＇s historical building protection in three points.First,the government should pay more attention to the historical protection and make suitable adjustments in related system.Second, make the protection model according to the specific situation.third, improve the public awareness and partidpafion.
