近年来,国内外学者对利用饱和链烷烃法测定放牧家畜采食量和消化率进行了大量研究。与其它方法相比,饱和链烷烃法具有较多优点。论文综述了饱和链烷烃法在测定放牧家畜采食量及消化率中的研究和应用现状,并提出了应注意的一些问题。

In recent years, researchers both domestic and abroad have conducted a lot of studies on herbage intake and digestibility of grazing animal by n-alkanes technique which is superior to other meth- ods. This paper reviewed research and application situation to estimate herbage intake and digestibility of grazing animal using the n-alkanes technique, and put forward some problems which should be noted.
