摘要
微生态制剂作为一种新型活性物质被应用于反刍动物饲粮中,效果十分显著。微生态制剂可通过改善反刍动物瘤胃及肠道微生态平衡,促进营养物质吸收和增强机体免疫,最终目的在于逐步取代抗生素,为人们提供安全的食品。论文就微生态制剂的功能以及近年来在肉羊中的应用研究进展进行综述,并对其未来发展前景和研究方向进行展望。
Supplementation of probiotics in feed has significant effects on ruminant performance. Probi- otics could improve the ruminal and intestinal microflora balance, nutrient absorption and immunity, which could be a reasonable substitution of antibiotics to provide safe food for people. This paper reviewed the function of probiotics and their use in mutton sheep industry in recent years, and looked forward to its future and development.
