摘要
电动汽车用永磁同步电机由于设计、制造等导致气隙磁场产生畸变,使得电机电流波形带有谐波,最终导致转矩产生波动。提出了一种谐波转矩补偿方法,在电机电流双闭环控制基础上,通过在电压上补偿一定的谐波,达到抑制电流和转矩波动的效果。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效地提高电流的补偿效果,并明显改善转矩波动。
The air-gap field was easy distorted in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as motor's design and manufacture, so that the harmonic current was came into being, the torque became unstable. One harmonic torque compensation method was proposed, on the base of the current's two close loop control, by adding regular harmonic voltage to the voltage command, so that the harmonics were amended in both current and torque. It's carried out by simulink; the compensation method could improve the effect of current and torque.
