摘要
针对火力发电厂中运行系统的特点,应用Lab View编程软件设计了一种基于智能控制理论的分布式火电厂监控系统。系统采用数据采集卡PCI-8360V实现上位机与控制平台的通信,同时基于负荷优化分配的思想引入了负荷跟踪控制理论,与模糊PID智能算法相结合,在可视化监控界面中以趋势图的方式实时显示数据分布趋势。结果显示,控制目标温度与实际仿真数据的误差缩小到2~3 K,较为理想。该系统可以较好地提高电厂监控系统的实时性,有实际的应用价值,适用于火电厂特殊环境的要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of the running system in thermal power plant, the application of the LabView software programming to design a kind of distributed power monitor system based on intelligent control theory. The system consisted of data acquisition card PCI-8360V to realize communication of upper machine and control platform, and at the same time, based on the idea of optimal load distribution, load tracking control theory was introduced, and the combination of fuzzy PID intelligent algorithm, real-time data distribution trend was displayed in the visual monitoring screen. Results showed that the control error of the target temperature and the actual simulation data reduced to 2 - 3 ℃, which could improved the real-time performance of power plant monitoring system better, and had practical application value, which was suitable for the requirements of the special environment in power plants.
