端粒重复序列结合蛋白TRF1及TRF2在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

Expression of TRF1 and TRF2 in prostate cancer and its correlation with clinical arameters

摘要 目的:探讨端粒重复序列结合蛋白(telomere repeat binding factor 1,TRF1)及TRF2在前列腺癌中的差异性表达及临床意义。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2016年4月住院的前列腺癌患者及前列腺增生患者各50例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组患者TRF1及TRF2的表达,并对其表达水平与临床指标及Gleason评分进行相关性分析。结果:前列腺癌组织中TRF1蛋白表达水平明显高于前列腺增生组织,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=62.69,P〈0.01);TRF2蛋白在两组中均呈现高表达,差异未见明显统计学意义(χ^2=1.13,P=0.76);单因素分析发现TRF1表达水平与有无外科包膜侵犯(Spearman's r=0.43,P=0.002)、精囊浸润(Spearman's r=0.35,P=0.01)及淋巴结转移(Spearman's r=0.41,P=0.003)、TPSA水平(r=0.61,P〈0.05)、Gleason评分(r=0.47,P=0.01)具有显著相关性,而与前列腺体积大小(r=0.06,P=0.75)及年龄(r=0.14,P=0.09)无明显相关性。结论:TRF1及TRF2在前列腺癌中均呈现高表达,但TRF2的表达无特异性,TRF1的表达对预测前列腺癌预后具有一定价值。 Objective:To investigate the expression of telomere repeat binding factor 1(TRF1)and TRF2 in prostate cancer and their relationships with clinicopathological features.Method:From Jan.2015 to Apr.2016,50 prostate cancer tissues and other 50 paired benign prostate hyperplasia tissues were analyzed.TRF1 and TRF2were measured using immunohistochemical method.Correlation analyses were used to evaluate the association between immunohistochemical score and clinical parameters.Result:The expression of TRF1 was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues than that in benign prostate hyperplasia tissues(χ^2=62.69,P〈0.01).Elevated levels of TRF2 were both observed in prostate cancer and benign prostate hyperplasia tissues(χ^2=1.13,P=0.76).TRF1 expression was significantly positive correlated with surgical capsular invasion(Spearman's r=0.43,P=0.002),seminal vesicle invasion(Spearman's r=0.35,P=0.01),lymph nodes metastases(Spearman's r=0.41,P=0.003),total prostate specific antigen(r=0.61,P〈0.05)and Gleason score(r=0.47,P=0.01).However,there was no significant statistical difference between TRF1 expression and prostate volume(r=0.06,P=0.75),age(r=0.14,P=0.09).Conclusion:Both TRF1 and TRF2were overexpressed in prostate cancer.There was no specificity of TRF2 in prostate cancer,while TRF1 may be associated with prostate cancer progression.
