磷酸肌酸钠与米力农治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of sodium phosphocreatine and Milrinone in the treatment of infantile pneumonia complicated with heart failure

目的探究磷酸肌酸钠与米力农联合治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的临床疗效。方法采用简单随机分组的方法将110例肺炎合并心衰患儿分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组给予磷酸肌酸钠与米力农联合治疗,对照组仅给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,对比观察两组治疗方法的临床疗效和两组患儿临床症状和体征的恢复时间。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.43%(54/56)和81.48%(44/54),观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿心率好转时间、氧饱和度改善时间和肺部啰音消失时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠与米力农联合治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰可显著提高治疗疗效,有效改善临床症状和体征。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of sodium phosphocreatine and Milrinone in the treatment of infantile pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods Using simple random grouping method,110 patients with pneumonia complicated with heart failure were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were given sodium phosphocreatine combined with Milrinone for therapy,while the control group was given the creatine phosphate sodium only. The clinical efficacy and the recovery time of symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 96.43%（ 54 / 56） and 81.48%（ 44 / 54） respectively,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The heart rate improved time,oxygen saturation improve time and pulmonary rales sound disappear time of observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination of sodium phosphocreatine and Milrinone in treatment of children pneumonia combined with heart failure can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
