茵栀黄治疗急性黄疸型戊型肝炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of acute icteric hepatitis E

目的观察茵栀黄在治疗急性黄疸型戊型肝炎中的疗效。方法对65例急性黄疸型戊肝患者进行随机分组,分为对照组(32例),治疗组(33例),两组在内科综合治疗基础上,治疗组予以茵栀黄治疗。结果治疗组在肝功指标改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组临床治疗有效率无明显差异(P=0.72)。结论联合使用茵栀黄治疗黄疸型戊肝可有效改善肝功能,促进黄疸消退,缩短病程。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yinzhihuang in treating acute icteric hepatitis E.Methods 65 cases of patients suffering acute icteric hepatitis E were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ 32 cases） and treatment group（ 33 cases）,on the basis of the comprehensive treatment of Internal Medicine,the treatment group were given extra Yinzhihuang. Results In the aspect of liver function improvement,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. But there was no significant difference in clinical symptoms between the two groups（ P = 0. 72）. Conclusions Yinzhihuang can effectively improve liver function in treating acute icteric hepatitis E,promote jaundice and shorten the course of disease.
