CYP2C19基因多态性检测用于指导氯吡格雷合理使用2例分析

摘要 目的观察分析CYP2C19基因多态性检测用于指导氯吡格雷的使用情况。方法选取2例行"PCI"手术患者为研究对象,术后,做了"冠脉支架术后健康指导"及"出院用药及复查",给予小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片(拜阿斯匹林)、氯吡格雷片(波立维)、瑞舒伐他汀片、美托洛尔缓释片(倍他乐克)及曲美他嗪片等药物治疗,观察血小板聚集情况及DNA基因检测情况。结果 1例患者复查时血小板聚集率偏低,改为替格瑞洛治疗后,出现单侧膝关节皮下出血点,再经过相应治疗后,出血点消失。另1例经基因检测后更换为替格瑞洛。结论基因多态性检测指导氯吡格雷用药有利于促进患者合理用药,减少不良反应的发生,促进患者恢复健康。
