肌电生物反馈法治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肩关节半脱位(GrIS)是脑卒中患者的主要并发症之一,发生率高达60%-73%,对患者上肢功能的恢复及日常生活能力的提高造成了严重的影响。目前临床上常用的治疗手段包括良肢位的摆放、肩带固定、肩部肌肉电刺激、关节松动及物理因子治疗等,可以在一定程度上改善症状,但疗效均不理想。近年来,肌电生物反馈疗法(EMGBFT)已广泛应用于脑卒中患者肩关节半脱位的治疗,并取得了较好的疗效。本文就近几年肌电生物反馈疗法对脑卒中后肩关节半脱位治疗方面的研究进行综述。 The shoulder subluxation is a major complication of stroke patients, the incidence rates as high as 60%-73%, seriously affected the recov-ery of upper limb function and the improvement of the ability of daily life. At present, the placement of good limb position, shoulder strap, shoulder muscle electrical stimulation, joint mobilization and physical factor treatment have been commonly used in clinical, these could improve symptoms of patients to some extent, but the effect is far from satisfactory.In recent years, electromyographic feedback therapy has been widely used in the treat-ment of stroke patients with shoulder subluxation, and showned good effects. A review of electromyographic biofeedback therapy for stroke on shoul-der subluxation treatment in recent years are introduced.
