ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67在乳腺癌原发灶及局部复发灶中的表达差异分析

Analysis on the Differentially Expressed ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 in Primary Breast Cancer and Local Recurrence

摘要 目的:分析ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67在乳腺癌原发灶及局部复发灶中的表达差异。方法:选取我院收治的80例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本和局部复发转移灶的标本,对其ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67进行免疫组化检测;应用FISH法对HER-2(++)进行检测,并对其数据进行统计分析。结果:ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67在乳腺癌原发灶和复发转移灶中的阳性率分别为56.25%和60.00%、37.50%和51.25%、51.25%和56.25%、70.00%和65.00%,ER与Ki67、PR与Ki67、ER与PR存在相关性,其中ER与Ki67在乳腺癌复发转移灶中具有相关性;HER-2、ER、PR、Ki67变化率分别为8.75%、46.25%、37.50%、16.25%。结论:ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67在乳腺癌原发灶和复发转移灶中存在一定差异,在治疗前均应进行ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67检测从而指导治疗,以延长患者的生存时间、提高生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the differential expression of ER, PR, HER-2 and Ki67 in primary breast cancer and local recurrence. Methods:80 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue specimens and local recurrence and metastasis specimens were selected, used immunohisto-chemistry to test their ER, PR and HER-2 and Ki67;test HER-2 (++) by FISH and carried on statistical analysis on the data. Results:Er, PR and HER-2 and Ki67 in breast cancer primary recurrent lesion and metastatic positive rate respectively is 56.25%and 60.0%, 37.5%and 51.25%, 51.25%and 56.25%, 70.0%and 65.0%, ER and Ki67, PR and Ki67 and ER and PR correlation exists, which ER and Ki67 in breast cancer recurrence transfer foci is associated. The change rate of HER-2 was 8.75%, ER was 46.25%PR, the change rate of change rate is 37.5%, the change rate of Ki67 was 16.25%. Conclusion:Er, PR and HER-2 and Ki67 in breast cancer primary tumors and recurrence are different, ER、PR、HER-2、Ki67 should be test-ed before treatment to guide the treatment, so as to prolong the survival time and improve the life quality of patients.
