美式整脊疗法治疗骶髂关节功能性半脱位疗效观察 被引量:7

Efficacy Observation on American Chiropractic Treatment for Functional Subluxation of Sacroiliac Joint

摘要 目的:观察和分析美式整脊技术治疗骶髂关节功能性半脱位的疗效。方法:对55例骶髂关节功能性半脱位进行美式整脊治疗,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale VAS)和骶髂关节屈伸活动度改善情况来评定治疗效果。结果:治疗后VAS评分显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05),治疗后功能性下肢长度不等显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05);治疗后骶髂关节屈曲受限阳性率与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:美式整脊疗法能够安全、有效地治疗骶髂关节功能性半脱位。 Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy of American chiropractic treatment for functional subluxation of sacroiliac joint. Methods:55 cases of patients with functional subluxatino of sacroiliac joint were treated by American chiropractic treatment, and used visual analogue scale (VAS) and the improvement of the flexion-extension activity of sacroiliac joint to evaluate the efficacy. Results:After treatment, the VAS score was significantly lower than that of before treatment (P〈0.05), and the functional unequal length of lower limbs was also significantly lower than that of before treatment (P〈0.05);for the positive rate of flexion restriction of sacroiliac joint, there was no statistical difference between before and after treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion:American chiropractic treatment can safely and effectively cure functional subluxation of sacroiliac joint.
