电针督脉穴位治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Cervical Vertigo on Du Acupoints

目的观察电针督脉穴位治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺以督脉穴位为主治疗,对照组采用传统针刺方法治疗,隔日针刺一次,10次一个疗程,治疗两个疗程。结果治疗组愈显率73.33%,总有效率90.00%;对照组愈显率46.67%,总有效率66.67%,两组间愈显率和总有效率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针督脉穴位治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于传统针刺组的治疗方法,具有起效快、疗效好,有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo on Du acupoints. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received acupuncture treatment in Du acupoints, the control group using traditional acupuncture therapy, acupuncture once every other day, 10 times as a course of treatment, two courses. Results The markedly effective rate in treatment group was 73.33%, the total efficiency was 90.00% ; Markedly effective rate in control group was 46.67% , and the total efficiency was 66.67%, markedly effective rate between the two groups and the total effective rate were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Du acupoints in cervical vertigo treatment is superior to traditional acupuncture treatment with a rapid onset of efficacy, which is worthy of promoting.
