摘要
目的研究十全大补丸对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少的防治作用。方法取ICR小鼠72只,随机分为6组,每组12只。十全大补丸高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃给予十全大补丸3.00、1.50、0.75 g/kg/d,连续9天;瑞白组皮下注射重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液(瑞白)10μg/kg/d,连续给药9天;环磷酰胺组和空白对照组灌胃等容积的生理盐水。给药第4-6天除空白对照组外,其余各组动物腹腔注射环磷酰胺,第4天腹腔注射100 mg/kg,第5、6天腹腔注射80 mg/kg。第10天取血,进行血液学检查。处死动物,摘取心、肝、脾、肺、肾,称重,计算脏器指数。结果各组小鼠外周血的白细胞和血小板水平均低于空白对照组,其中环磷酰胺组最低,造模成功。十全大补丸组的白细胞水平比模型组提高了85%,脾脏指数比模型组提高了68%。结论十全大补丸对环磷酰胺引起的白细胞和血小板降低具有明显的对抗作用,同时对于小鼠的免疫器官脾脏具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of ShiquanDabu pills on the decrease of white blood cells induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods 72 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups with each group of 12. The treatment group was intragastric gavage of Shiquan Dabu pills with 3.00 g/kg/d, 1.50 g/kg/d and 0. 75 g/kg/d for 9 days, respectively. The positive control group was injected recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor injection subcutaneously in a dose of 10μg/kg/d for 9 days. Except of blank control group, all groups of mice were injectedcyclophosphamide at 4th to 6th day of treatment to made low white blood cell animal models. The white blood ceils, red blood cells, platelet levels and the visceral index of heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney were measured on 10th day. Results The results showed that the white blood cell levels and platelet levels in each group were significantly lower than the blank control group, in which the cyclophosphamide group was the lowest. Compared with model group, the white blood cell levels in Shiquan Dabu pills group increased Conclusion The results indicated that Shiquan Dabu pills platelet decrease induced by cyclophosphamide and have by 85% while the spleen index increased by 68%. significantly protect the white blood cells and certain protective effects for spleen in mice.
