临床分离耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药表型及耐消毒剂基因检测 被引量:6

Detection of antibiotic resistance phenotype and disinfectant resistant gene of MRSA isolated from nosocomial infection

摘要 目的研究医院临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的耐药表型和消毒剂抗性基因携带情况,为加强MRSA感染防控提供理论依据。方法采用细菌分离培养方法和PCR技术,对徐州地区医院住院患者送检病原学标本分离的MRSA耐药表型和抗消毒剂基因携带情况进行检测。结果从临床标本分离的280株金黄色葡萄球菌中共鉴定出MRSA 157株,占检出金黄色葡萄球菌的56.1%。临床分离MRSA仅对万古霉素、奎奴普丁/达福普汀和利奈唑胺敏感,对其他所试验的抗菌药物普遍耐药。MRSA菌株中有28.0%携带抗消毒剂基因qac A/B,MSSA菌株中携带qac A/B基因仅占7.3%。结论该地区医院患者感染的金黄色葡萄球菌中MRSA检出率较高,其MRSA菌株携带抗消毒剂基因比例明显高于敏感株,且普遍耐药,应加强MRSA监测和控制。 Objective To investigate antibiotic resistance phenotype and the qacA/B gene of meticillin-resistant Staphylo-coccus aureus( MRSA) isolated from nosocomial infection,and provide theoretical basis for strengthening the prevention and control of MRSA infection. Methods Bacteria cultivation and PCR technique were used to detect and analysis of drug re-sistance phenotype and disinfectant resistant gene of MRSA which was identified from patient specimens in Xuzhou area. Results A total of 157 strains of MRSA were identified from 280 strains of methicillin-sensitive staphylococcus aureus (SAU),the detection rate was 56. 1%. The strains of MRSA were sensitive to vancomycin,quinupristin/dalfopristin and lin-ezolid completely,and the drug resistance rate of MRSA to other antibiotics showed different levels. The carrying rate of qacA/B gene in MRSA and MSSA was 28. 0% and 7. 3%,respectively. Conclusion It turned out that MRSA had got high detection rate and serious multi-drug resistance in Xuzhou area,and the carrying rate of disinfectant resistant gene qa-cA/B in MRSA was higher than MSSA. we should strengthen to monitor and control of MRSA.
