物体表面污染耐药菌消毒方法的选择试验 被引量:4

Test on the selections of object surface disinfection method of drug- resistant bacteria pollution

摘要 目的研究不同消毒方法对物体表面污染的耐药菌消毒效果。方法通过模拟现场消毒实验方法,观察不同化学消毒剂和消毒方法对在物体表面污染的耐药菌消毒效果。结果以含2 000 mg/L浓度的过氧乙酸、有效氯1 000 mg/L的含氯泡腾片水溶液和季铵盐消毒湿巾擦拭消毒硬质表面,并作用15 min,对表面上污染的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和MRSA平均杀灭均可达到90%以上;酸性氧化电位水原液擦拭消毒物体表面作用2 h,对上述2种多重耐药菌平均杀灭率在85%左右。结论本研究中4种消毒方法对物体表面污染的两种多重耐药菌消毒效果以季铵盐消毒湿巾性价比较高,可考虑优先选择用作物体表面一般清洁消毒。 Objective To research the different disinfection methods on the object surface contamination resistant bacteria disinfection effect,looking for effective disinfection measures. Methods Simulated field disinfection test method was used to observe the different chemical disinfectants and disinfection methods for pollution in drug-resistant bacteria disinfection effect on the surface of the object. Results Peroxyacetic acid (2 000 mg/L),aqueous solution of chlorine effervescent tab-lets with 1 000 mg/L available chlorine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes were used to wipe disinfect the hard surface. After 15 min,the average killing rate of multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii contaminated on the surface was more than 90%. The average killing rate of the above two kinds of multi-resistant bacteria was 85% after wi-ping the surface by acid oxidation water for 2 h. Conclusion Of the disinfection effect of the four methods of surface con-taminated with two strains of multi drug resistant bacteria disinfection,quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes has the higher cost performance,which can be considered to be the first selection.
