Application of ATP biological fluorescence detection in hospital infection management

目的探索ATP生物荧光检测法在医院感染管理中的实际应用方法。方法利用ATP生物荧光检测方法,对器械、物体表面、手卫生进行常规检测以及在突发公共事件现场进行采样检测。收集2014年1-12月数据,根据不同采样部位检测合格率评价ATP生物荧光检测法在医院感染管理中的应用效果。结果管理过程中采用ATP生物荧光检测法后,检测项目平均合格率由1月份的33.3%逐渐上升至12月份的80.76%,Pearson线性相关系数为0.864(P<0.01),消洗效果改善明显。结论利用ATP生物荧光检测法开展相关物体表面和医务人员手清洁度监测进行清洁效果评价,能明显提高医院感染管理效率。

Objective To explore application of the ATP bioluminescence detection in management of hospital infections. Methods ATP biological fluorescence detection method was used to do routine detection and special detection when emer-gency public health events happens of the equipment,material surface and hand hygiene,and the results from January 2014 to December were collected. Evaluate the effect of ATP bioluminescence detection on the base of passing rate in different months and different position. Results After using ATP bioluminescence detection method in management process,the av-erage passing rate raised from 33. 33% in January to 80. 76% in December,and there was an obvious trend of improvement in cleaning effect with the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0. 864（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion ATP bioluminescence detec-tion can significantly improve the efficiency of hospital infection management.
