摘要
我国的教师培训主要表现为三种类型:基于培训者经验的培训、基于教师需求的培训、基于教师专业标准的培训。从教师的专业发展看,应该把握各国教师专业标准的取向、专业发展的核心领域,进而明晰基于教师专业标准的教师培训设计,并以此为依据确立我国教师培训的新取向,即从基于培训者经验或教师需求的教师培训转变为基于教师"专业标准"的教师培训。
There are three forms of teacher training in our country: training based on the experience of trainer; training based on the requirement of teacher; and training based on the specialty standard of teacher. From the aspects of teachers' specialty develop- ment, we should comprehend the tendency and core of specialty standard in other countries, then clearly put forward the training design based on the teacher specialty standard, and establish the values tendency of teacher training in China, which is transforming the teach- er training based on trainers' experience or teachers' demand into the one based on the specialty standard of teachers'.
