摘要
围绕林地承包和流转合同的订立、履行、变更、解除和终止,产生了大量的林地承包经营纠纷,且呈上升趋势。文章在分析我国林地承包经营纠纷的成因基础上,对如何应对林地承包经营纠纷,用系统全面的措施解决林地承包经营纠纷,提出了政策建议。
There are a lot of forest land management disputes being on the rise around the forest land and transfer contract conclusion,performance,alteration,termination.On the basis of analyzes the causes of disputes,this paper put forward policy suggestions on how to take comprehensive measures to solve disputes.
