摘要
研究了用HBL110从高浓度硫酸钴溶液中溶剂萃取镍,考察了有机相配比、有机相皂化率、料液初始pH、相比、温度及萃取时间对镍萃取效果的影响。试验结果表明:在有机相组成n(A)∶n(HB)=4∶1、有机相皂化率50%、料液初始pH=2、相比(Vo/Va)=2/1、萃取时间10min、室温下通过5级逆流串级萃取,高浓度硫酸钴(70g/L钴)溶液中的镍得以去除,最终溶液中镍质量浓度仅30mg/L左右,镍去除率达98.13%。
Removal of nickel from high concentrate cobalt sulfate solution using HBL110 as extractant by solvent extraction was studied. The effects of constitute of HBL110, organic phase saponification rate,initial pH of water phase, Vo/Va, operating time and temperature on removal of nickel were examined. The results show that under the optimum conditions (n(A)/n(HB) in HBL110 is 4/1, organic phase saponification rate is 50%,water phase initial pH is 2 ,Vo/Va=2/1 ,extraction time is 10 min,extraction temperature is room temperature and oscillation frequency is 200 r/min) by 5 stages countercurrent extraction, the solution with 70 g/L Co and 1.6 g/L Ni are purified to the solution with 65 g/L Co and 30 mg/L Ni.
