摘要
研究了采用浸出—净化—沉淀工艺从某离子吸附型稀土尾矿中回收稀土,考察了硫酸质量浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比等因素对稀土浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出时间3h、硫酸质量浓度150g/L、浸出温度80℃、液固体积质量比3∶1条件下,稀土浸出率达96.44%。该方法对于从同类矿石中回收稀土有一定参考意义。
Recovery of rare earth from rare earth tailing was studied. The effects of the sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time, leaching temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio on recovery of rare earth by leaching-purification-precipitation processes were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of 96.44% is obtained under the conditions of the leaching time of 3 h,sulfuric acid concentration of 150 g/L,leaching temperature of 80 ℃ ,and liquid-to-solid ratio of 3/1. The method can be referenced for recovering rare earths from the similar minerals.
