摘要
以钙基膨润土和环氧树脂为原料,制备膨润土/环氧树脂复合材料.对其结构和性能进行研究,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等对制备的复合材料进行表征.结果表明:膨润土/环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能与环氧树脂相比有明显提高,当复合材料中膨润土的质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的弯曲性能、拉伸性能和冲击性能最强.
The bentonite/epoxy resin composite material was synthesized by Ca-bentonite and epoxy resin. The bentonite/epoxy resin composite material was identified by XRD and FT-IR. The results show that the mechanical properties of the bentonite/epoxy resin composite material was obviously improved.Especially when the content of bentonite was 1. 5 %, the bending properties, tensile properties and impact properties of the composite material was the strongest.
