摘要
以水解法制备芳香族端氨基聚醚.用聚氨酯弹性体胶片对比实验表明:端氨基聚醚相对普通聚醚和交联剂在力学性能等方面具有优势.并讨论基础聚醚的结构和水解工艺对端氨基聚醚性能的影响.结果表明:水解法制备端氨基聚醚,工艺简单,生产条件温和,反应活性满足反应注射成型技术要求,制得的端氨基聚醚具有优越的物理性能.
Aromatic amino-terminated polyether was prepared by hydrolysis method. Compared with ordinary polyether and crosslinking agent,amino-terminated polyether had better mechanical properties and other advantages,which was investigated by using polyurethane elastomer film comparison experiment.The influence of the structure of polyether and hydrolysis technology on amino-terminated polyether's performance was discussed. The results show that the hydrolysis method has many advantages including simple technique,mild production conditions and the reaction activity meets the requirements of reaction injection molding technology. The physical properties of Amino Terminated polyether( ATPE) produced by this method are much better.
