锅炉膜式壁管屏的结构参数对温度分布的影响

摘要 采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对膜式壁结构进行了稳态温度场研究,分析了管子节距、管子厚度、扁钢厚度、销钉长度、耐火耐磨层厚度等参数对结构温度的影响。结果表明:在温度边界不变的情况下,结构尺寸变化对管子壁温的影响较小;扁钢中心温度受节距影响很大;销钉端部温度对销钉长度和耐火耐磨层厚度较为敏感。 The steady temperature field of boiler membrane wall has been calculated and analyzed by using the general finite element calculation program ANSYS, including influence of structural parameters such as tube pitch,tube thickness,fin thickness,pin length,and thickness of fire / wear resistant material,and the results of which indicate that under the condition of constant boundary temperature,the structural parameters have relatively small influence on tube temperature,and the temperature at a fin center is much affected by tube pitch,and the temperature at the end of a pin is relatively sensitive to pin length and thickness of fire / wear resistant material.
