摘要 城网中的电缆化会造成系统对地电容电流过高,影响系统的无功平衡和产生弧光接地过电压。针对该问题,建立了基于并联电抗器与中性点经小电阻接地的综合电容电流补偿方案。所建方案可实现在城网正常运行时由系统功率分布情况实时补偿系统内过剩容性无功,满足系统经济运行需求。当系统发生单相接地故障时,可根据故障接地点电流补偿系统对地电容电流限制弧光接地过电压。利用Matlab/Simulink对该方案的技术可靠性进行仿真,利用全寿命周期理论对该方案经济性进行验证。结果表明:该方案正确、有效、可行,可为未来相关工程实践提供参考。 The system reactive power balance and the arc grounding overvoltage will be influenced by the highly cabling network of capacitive current. Aiming at this problem,this article established a reliable capacitance current compensation method that based on shunt reactor and neutral point via small resistance grounding. According to the power distribution of system,the system in excess of capacitive reactive power is real-time compensated. The project meets the demand of system economic operation. When single-phase earth fault occurs in system,according to the fault circuit current,the earth capacitance current is compensated and the arc grounding overvoltage can be limited. Finally the reliability of project was simulated with Matlab / Simulink. The theory of life cycle cost proved theeconomy of this project. The simulation indicates that the project is effective and feasible. The project can be used in the related engineering application in the future.
