产教融合是高职教育突出的特点,是解决技术技能人才短缺的需要,是促进区域经济和水利行业发展的需要。以辽宁水利职业学院为例,构建了产教融合下的高职水利人才培养体系。该体系包括水利专业人才培养的内容体系、方法体系、制度体系和评价体系。

The integration of production and education is a prominent feature of higher vocational education. It is the need to solve the problem of technology talent shortage, and to improve the development of regional economy and water conservancy industry. Taking Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College as an example, it constructs higher vocational water conservancy talents training system based on integration of production and education. The system includes content system, method system, institution system and evaluation system.
